1. Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
2. Refunds
Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will process a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made furniture without any defects or damage is not eligible for return or refund.
